CATALYST Training Lab concluded an agreement with City University to provide consultancy services to its Nursing Department at the Faculty of Public Health. CATALYST consultants will assist the Nursing Department to prepare for accreditation by the internationally distinguished “Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing” (ACEN) in the USA. The project scope include the upgrade of the mission & vision of the department, improvement and alignment of the curriculum with updated objectives and student outcomes, improvement of the processes & procedures, alignment of the academic lab readiness and clinical training arrangement, strengthen of the network of hospitals for clinical coaching, and management of trainings to the faculty and staff in line with the ACEN standards. This major project comes as another translation of the Academic Mission of CATALYST Training Lab in an ever evolving field of healthcare.
